Il rapporto vedr\u00e0 la luce nel febbraio del 1978 &#8211; diventando rapidamente un bestseller &#8211; col titolo: &#8220;L&#8217;Informatisation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9&#8221;. Verr\u00e0 pubblicato in inglese da MIT Press nel 1980 col titolo: &#8220;The Computerization of Society&#8221;, influenzando non poco la riflessione americana sull&#8217;argomento (che comunque era gi\u00e0 la pi\u00f9 profonda e la pi\u00f9 precoce del mondo). In Italia il rapporto verr\u00e0 pubblicato nel 1979 da Bompiani.
